A full day in a journey through time and space, timeless celebration of luxury gastronomy, the historic Portuguese Presidential Train and the incomparable scenery of the Douro Valley. Find out everything that includes this trip.

Program:

11:00 am  Check in at Sāo Bento station and boarding the train

11:45 am  Departure from Sāo Bento station

12:00 pm  Seating in the dining carriages

12:30 pm  Gourmet lunch with wine harmonization

3:30 pm  Arrival at Quinta do Vesuvio and port wine tasting at the estate

6:00 pm  Departure from Vesuvio’s station

6:30 pm  Coffee, spirits and onboard entertainment

10:00 pm  Arrival at Sāo Bento Station(*)

Informação importante

The Presidential has shared cabines for 2, 3 or 6 people. The seats are assigned by purchase order and are managed by the organization. If you would like a specific modality you should ask it beforehand (the request would be subject to availability).

Respecting the original train configuration, the dining tables are designed 4 people. As a result of the knowhow of our team and and based on the knowledge that we have of our clients, the curatorship of the seating is responsibility of the organization.

The meal will be served aboard the Presidential Train, which will be in motion.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the train.
Nota

– For safety reasons, children below the age of 12 will only be allowed on board if accompanied by a parent, who must also sign a term of responsibility

– The train departs from São Bento Station in Porto, with no scheduled stops until Vesúvio.

– All guests must check in at the São Bento station no later than 10.45am, and the train leaves promptly at 11.30am

– The trip will end at São Bento Station at approximately 9.30pm. The organization appreciates your patience for any unplanned delays.
